Information about registration
Registration is open until the conference days.
Early bird prices are available until 26 June 2023.
The combination package prices are available for members only and valid until June 26.
No meal tickets are sold after July 11.
Before you start registering, please get acquainted with this information, which will make it easier to register.
You also need your DKG member ID card, when you register.
Please fill in first your own registration and after that register the family/medical companion by adding a new registration,
If you have a family/medical companion with you, registration is compulsory (30 €).
All meals and lunches are buffet type in the Finnish style.
Payment by bank transfer or credit card (VISA/Mastercard). Only credit card is available for participants living outside Finland. Bank transfer can used only in Finland.
When you have completed your registration and full payment, you will receive a confirmation email from no-reply@eventos.fi Please check your junk mail, if you do not receive it rather soon.
Please bring along the confirmation letter and present it at the registration counter during the conference.
We recommend you have a good travel insurance and European members also to have their European Health Insurance Card. EHIC does not cover citizens of UK, who need to take a travel insurance.
Cancellation:
Requests must be in writing to Anna-Kaisa Räsänen at annak.rasanen@gmail.com by July 11, 2023.
After July 11, 2023, only the registration fee will be refunded.
No registration fees refunded after July 19, 2023.
All cancellations, no matter when received, will be charged a 40 € fee.
